The changes

provide a ReadMe.md with general information about the notebooks, how to use them and what notebooks are available
add a notebook to learn about the cmdlets of the module
add a notebook for the scenario to confirm an environment's integration with a D365FO app
add a notebook for the scenario to update apps in an environment
