D365FO.Tools Azure Pipeline agent requires update #610

Hi @Splaxi

It seems that the agent which is running the pipeline for the D365FO.Tools is still on 2017 which will be removed in the near future. I saw this while creating my pull request and looking at the build pipeline.

I bet you could use latest as the version of the agent, no?

They will be updated today and hopefully without any issues 🤞
