mDNSResponder sandbox policy not found #5

PureDarwin mDNSResponder[18]: WARNING: sandbox_init error Cannot apply builtin 
profile 
`mDNSResponder': Policy not found

This error message has been found in /var/log/system.log (also present in 
syslog).
mDNSResponder version 176.3.

Though /usr/share/sandbox/mDNSResponder.sb is present and no difference has 
been found 
between PureDarwin and Mac OS X concerning this file.
Permission and size are strictly identic too:
-r--r--r--  1 root  wheel   4.1K Aug 15  2008 
/usr/share/sandbox/mDNSResponder.sb
