Pathology review of MB samples with high-conf other subtypes needed

During review of #565 and #570 , it appears a few MB-SHH tumors have high-confidence methylation subtypes for other embryonal tumor types and pathology report review suggests these could be possible mis-diagnoses due to not having genomic or methylation information at the time of diagnosis. Will need to review with pathology in order to update the diagnoses in molecular-subtype-integrate.
