Updated analysis: re-run all analyses with non-HGAT data as well #30

What analysis module should be updated and why?

Re-run all analyses with non-HGAT samples (add to the HGAT dataset)

What changes need to be made? Please provide enough detail for another participant to make the update.

1) Merge the input files and re-run all analyses 2) This is particularly important for survival and the cutpoint analysis

What input data should be used? Which data were used in the version being updated?

Add non_HGAT_4.21.22.xlsx to the Stundon_HGAT_One_Sample_Per_Pt.xlsx Then re-run the analyses.

@jharenza - should we merge all the previous PR about the figures first and then do this? Do not want all branches to get messy.

When do you expect the revised analysis will be completed?

Being taken care of with #31, #32, #33, #34, #35
