🐛 Fix histologies file

[ ] README entry added if new functionality
[ ] fixup commits are appropriately squashed
[x] submission_packet has been regenerated and committed as last commit in this PR

The fix in #108 mistakenly assigned a diagnosis to normal samples. those diagnoses attached to normal samples are removed from the histologies file and the submission packet was regenerated.
