Add non-PBTA base histology fields to D3b data warehouse

We want to get the base fields from the histologies file for non-PBTA / non-KF samples into the data warehouse view so they can be pulled as part of base-adapt-histologies.tsv.

• [x] First, split v10 histologies.tsv into non-PBTA cohort-specific files with associated clinical/metadata. PR: https://github.com/d3b-center/D3b-codes/pull/57 (GMKF, GTEX, TCGA, TARGET)
• [x] Next, add files to data tracker
• [x] @nicholasvk to add to the warehouse as separate cohort tables (?) or non-PBTA cohort tables?
• [x] @nicholasvk to create a view in the warehouse which contains all cohorts
