What analysis module should be updated and why?

This analysis was updated in OpenPBTA to focus on CNS-specific signatures, which is something we may want to carry over here for PBTA tumors.

What changes need to be made? Please provide enough detail for another participant to make the update.

Pull changes for CNS-specific signatures from https://github.com/AlexsLemonade/OpenPBTA-analysis/tree/master/analyses/mutational-signatures

We currently only assess mutational signatures for WGS samples here, but will also want to modify to use WXS samples.

What input data should be used? Which data were used in the version being updated?

When do you expect the revised analysis will be completed?

Who will complete the updated analysis?
