Updated analysis: Update mol subtyping integrate to include ATRT + NBL #504

What analysis module should be updated and why?

The NBL and ATRT subtypes need to be added to this so that they show up in the final histology file.

What changes need to be made? Please provide enough detail for another participant to make the update.

Add the ATRT and NBL subtyping results into the integrate module so they are populated into histologies.tsv

What input data should be used? Which data were used in the version being updated?

molecular subtype results once PRs https://github.com/PediatricOpenTargets/OpenPedCan-analysis/pull/311 and https://github.com/PediatricOpenTargets/OpenPedCan-analysis/pull/264 are merged

When do you expect the revised analysis will be completed?

next week
