fix: fix the screen flickering when changing theme layout in setting button #32

every time when changing the theme layout between Vertical and Horizontal, the screen will flicker, because the component <Main /> will recreate. Actually, use different layouts, just recreate <Nav />, no need to recreate anything else. : )
