PackageGroup Overlapping #41

randomly placing all packages may cause some packages to overlap. I should check if they are overlaping and roll new random coords

this is clearly a job for the kineticQuiz because it does not make sense that a package knows each other package it should not care about the others (lulz)

man this is not that easy currently I run into an infintie loop^^ check out kineticQuiz.
