svg image is fliped #84

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. create Weighted Voronoi Stippler
2. extract cx cy r coordinates to create pst file
3.call  tspart.py 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
the image is fliped on the x axis.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
mac osx

Please provide any additional information below.

We are not planning to update the tspart.py files. Current TSP solver is 
StippleGen.
