Gluetun Wireguard client support #23

This pull request will enable Wireguard support for Gluetun VPN client and few more configuration options for Gluetun OpenVPN.

Please note, Gluetun Wireguard client is still under testing. It works well, but available with manual configuration only (webinstall still don't support it).
