Addition of option of spacing between widgets #1

Added an option to increase or decrease the spacing between widgets in the widgets section. The range is -10px to 100px A possible bug is that after importing json which has changed values of spacing the slider resets and there is no way no reduce it The expected behavior should be that the slider position/spacing value also gets imported
