"iPhoneBrowser has stopped working"

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. None found so far.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Once selected from start menu, the following error is returned.
(see attached image)

Steps taken to reduce or fix problem:
-uninstalled itunes
-install earlier version of itunes
-remove all software, folders, files including temporary files
-install earlier versions of itunes
-updated .NET framework & service packs

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
O/S: Windows 7 64bit
Itunes: 10.5.1.42
iPhoneBrowser: 1.93 followed by 1.91

Please provide any additional information below.

Also forgot to mention, the following programs are affected.

-TinyUmbrella (All versions - Doesn't detect iPhone 4 Device)
-iFunBox (iFunBox_preview version works, however not normal version - Displays 
error: iTunesMobileDevice.dll is not found - and YES i did put the .dll file in 
the folder.).

I have same 254 issue IPB,rining windows 7 home baisc OS 64bit,Iphone 4 Version 
4.3.3 JB. Its works fine with iPhonebox . I do same uninstalled /reinstalled 
itunes and iPhoneBrowser 4 times.
