We have compiled a list of all of the states that have shared data on COVID-19 infections and deaths by race and those who have not. This effort is to extract this data from websites to track disparities COVID-19 deaths and cases for Black people.

Point fixes by @jprezioso to early names that changed

2020-05-09: NewYorkCity to New York -- New York
2020-07-01: Texas - Bexar County to Texas -- Bexar County

Hi @jprezioso! There are a couple of unexpected changes here:

the format for Date Published changed in both files
The old one was inconsistent, too, so this is a chance to align this with later files: could you change these to yyyy-mm-dd?
the second file adds an unnamed index column and changes True/False to TRUE/FALSE.
I think the latter is harmless, but could you remove the former?
