Relies on nvcr.io/nvidia/pytorch:23.03-py3 for optimized pytorch 2.0 build. Conda included, along with nuscenes-devkit, torchx, and pytorch3d built from source. Approximate image size is 22GB, with nvcr.io/nvidia/pytorch:23.03-py3 accounting for ~20GB.
