Cannot find module 'typescript' #90

Do I have for that plugin to work properly to install TS locally in project DIR? Here is the error I am getting while having TS globally:


 ERROR #11321  PLUGIN

"gatsby-plugin-ts" threw an error while running the onCreateWebpackConfig lifecycle:

when I install the TS locally, then I have shitstorm while trying to gatsby develop....

Hi @mkbctrl, thanks for trying out this library & sorry that it didnt go smoothly for you.

It looks like typescript has to be installed locally, I'll check if there's a way around that. Regarding the errors you met, it's likely to be something in your tsconfig. What does your tsconfig.json look like?

Found a workaround for the typescript here: https://www.typescriptlang.org/docs/handbook/react-&-webpack.html

you can use npm link typescript to connect with global TS.

Here is my tsconfig:

my apologies for the late response here. Could you try adding include: ['src'] to your tsconfig to see if that helps?
