Ford/IBM changed authentication #19

Getting this error when I try to use ffpass: error_description: 'CSIAQ0172E The grant type [password] is not supported. Supported grant types are [authorization_code, refresh_token].', error: 'unsupported_grant_type'

This appears the same thing that connected-car-python-sdk ran into at: https://github.com/ianjwhite99/connected-car-python-sdk/issues/58 And the same guy maintains a node fork with a fixing patch at https://github.com/ianjwhite99/connected-car-node-sdk/pull/27/commits/25b961512427769f7fa0440c5eca0f647a115f92

I could try fix this issue, as soon as I find some time. Only bad thing is that I don't have a ford car and no account to test this with :D. So if anyone is willing to temporarily hand me over their account - or at least test the fixes - that would be lovely.
