Long press on "Server settings" in "Information" dialog will show all server settings.

Good point; that is a much better way to get to the Server settings / Interface menu. I had completely forgotten about the long press feature for Server settings.
I will amend the guide shortly. There is quite a bit to add.
Personally I leave default as the default interface but always open IP:9000/material
