User Installation Hardening #41

This PR is intended to help protect against user error when installing the cloudflare module:

Trims user input for credentials
Strengthened hook_requirements
Added handling, logging and messaging for missing composer dependencies.

@cam8001: I need to make sure that the boolean for valid credentials is set when they enter this via drush potentially. And also document the isvalid in case they put it into settings.php
