Put it in my plugin directory, makes a nice little menu in my Plex interface. Still can't figure out what it's for :P

It provides an interface for the Flex TV web app, or really any other program that wants to use it as an interface for cast devices on a network. It also allows enumerating data from the Plex database for statistics...
