add armhf dockerfile for rpi; fix typos in readme

Up to you if you want automated builds on dockerhub for armhf. I built it locally on my rpi3 and it works well.

If you want, I can create klutchell/phlex-armhf on dockerhub but I think it would be better under your label :)
