Request: Save generation parameters to lora metadata

Kohya_ss does this and makes it useful for keeping track of settings and testing between generations(and peeping other's successful settings). Would it be possible for this to be implemented to dreambooth checkpoints and loras as a default setting?

Additionally, kohya_ss LORAs saves caption frequencies, which is neat because one can inspect the metadata to see what prompt keywords to use without any need to find the original model post, if it even still exists. I imagine if metadata/caption frequency saving was standard it'd make for quite a useful auto1111 extension that'd let you select a LORA and pick it's associated tags in a quick and easy workflow.

If this seems like a feature that'd be approved, I'd be interested in attempting to implement it myself.
