[Bug]: Python not found #1391

Is there an existing issue for this?

What happened?

after downloading dreambooth when ı try to open webui-user.bat this bug came to cmd. the only python in computer is the 3.10.6 which comes with default with automatic1111. how can ı solve this problem?
