Just an an FYI. Not sure where the issue is, I did a merge on my test repo and button worked well. I did notice the re-name checkbox wasn't working correctly and all files still get re-named. Not sure if it is due to Automatic1111 changes or the javascript? or unrelated.

I struggle with JavaScript, but after trying to follow the logic in a few files. It seems like the argument for the checkbox "sp_rename" isn't being pushed and as the script defaults to rename the files that is the behavior being followed.
