8 years ago -You can make titles ("Professional Work", "Community Service", etc) more visible & pronounced. Larger / different font, rectangular header around it, something to make it really "loud" so I know they are section breaks of the webpage. -If technical & organizational projects are really different, try to give a vertical bar between the two, or two slightly different colors, etc.
-Maybe have a footer of some sort with your contact info? I imagine someone scrolling through & like "hmm not bad" then "how do i reach you again?" If I understand correctly the page is designed so someone can reach out to you --- so you can add that contact info at the bottom of each page. (maybe resume too!) -I think items on the menu bar can be a bit bigger -- at least vertically centered with the menu bar -i think its a bit hard to read. could be font size, or blue/green on white (both for home page & education page)
