Erratta just to get the thing minimally working...

[x] Switch D and S of mosfet
[ ] more capacitance: 500mF at least, 1F preferred
[ ] switch holes aren't right size
[ ] silkscreen problems
[x] add part for MOSFET bolt to BOM
[x] test points for V1, V2, COIL
[x] right-angle USB
[x] footprint for 0805s
[x] breakout for int
[x] circuit for non-invering addition amp is wrong: you swapped + and - inputs

[x] Flip 5V / GND pinheader.

From some decisions:

[x] change solar charging position to USB connection position.
[x] use this 5V step down regulator: https://www.pololu.com/product/2858
