We are adding an API that will allow the following

Multiple users to login to dSIPRouter with different level of privileges
Will be stored in the database so it will be replicated in a HA configuration
Will give us the ability to assign API keys to users versus giving everyone the root API key
Will enable users to trigger actions on a backend FusionPBX media server

some of these endpoints were implemented but it was half-integrated and not using our util.security module
putting this on the list for v0.75
