Set: A full bonding curve environment with some token holders.

ERC20

Send rewards token via the pay() function
Send other token via exchangeAndDistribute() and verify the balances (beneficiary & holders)
Send reward token via native ERC20 transfer, and have someone distribute, verify balances
Send other token via native ERC20 transfer, and then exchangeAndDistribute()

Ether

Send ether via fallback function and ensure the proper amounts (beneficiary & holders)
Send other token via exchangeAndDistribute() and verify the balances (beneficiary & holders)
Send other token via native ERC20 transfer, and then exchangeAndDistribute()
