I took a short look into US health insurance and the challenge is that dOrg has no employees. Most states require a business to have at least one employee (including Vermont, as far as I can tell) in order to be eligible for group health plans. This means that all dOrg members are considered self-employed and not eligible for obtaining health insurance through the business. See more info here.
