Some builders are activated through their first payout for a client project, such as Elio, Jake, and Olivier. They joined through being brought directly onto client projects through a trusted reference. In line with our 2021 goal to "improve quality of builder engagement within the DAO" by maintaining a culture of transparency, we should document this process (or at least mention it) in the existing activation documentation in the handbook.
