Sciter component for LAZARUS #3

There are no plans to develop Sciter component for LAZARUS?

Hi, unfortunately I've no experience with Lazarus/Free Pascal. Familiar by hearsay that Free Pascal has few still unresolved problems with WideString/Unicode conversion so it can be difficult to make a 100% compatible wrapper but I'll try.

I've succeeded to create a Lazarus project that gets compiled but won't run (look at the Lazarus project within the lazarus_test folder). For some reason Sciter rejects control window handle which is formally valid.

For lazarus, see https://github.com/tranquilit/SciDe Only working for windows though.
