Create a Modern README.md

This PR introduces a new, modern README.md file for the Procrastin8 project. The README includes:

• A placeholder for the project logo
• A brief introduction to the project
• A navigation bar with links to different sections of the README
• Placeholders for screenshots demonstrating the project in action

This update will provide a more professional and informative introduction to the project for new users and contributors.

Please review the new README.md and let me know if any changes are needed.
