Add libfuzzy-dev for fuzzy.h (Ubuntu18.04.4) #15

There was an issue installing using the script on latest Ubuntu-18.04.4 which was complaining for missing fuzzy.h. adding libfuzzy-dev via apt-get solved the issue.
