Full configurable #153

What I did

This is the biggest change yet 😅

  1. Add plugins-manager package (use to add/remove all plugins for all systems)
  2. Add building-rollup fork package which fully uses the plugins-manager
  3. Move all eleventy settings into plugins (and load them via the plugins-manager)
  4. Renamed themes into presets and they can use all setup* functions
  5. remove config-dir setting and replace it with a config-file setting
