neovim-gtk doesn't start, can't find libthai-0.dll #142

I just downloaded the windows version and executed nvim-gtk.exe, but I get this error: unbenannt How to fix? Need this DLL? Is this for Thai language? If so, why do I need this?

Time to time dependencies of gtk changes so it is need to update build script. As script always use latest version
