Cursor lags behind with syntax on.
This is specially noticeable in latex files (for me). This has already been reported here: https://github.com/vim/vim/issues/2163. Sadly, it also happens in neovim-gtk.
To reproduce
Create a testing.tex document, put some tex lines there and start typing fast. You'll see the cursor lagging behind.

OS: Arch
Neovim version: 0.2.0
Neovim-Gtk build version: Installed from AUR neovim-gtk-git
