[Packaging Request] Flatpak #203

Would you be interested in creating a Flatpak build for flathub?

There is one attempt to create flatpak package, but it have to much limitations. https://github.com/daa84/neovim-gtk-flatpak Maybe situation with flatpak already changed but i don't have time to check.
