NGShowProjectView doesn’t do anything when NVIM_GTK_NO_HEADERBAR=1 #272

Describe the bug Launch nvim-gtk with NVIM_GTK_NO_HEADERBAR=1. Type :NGShowProjectView. Nothing happens. I expected the popup to appear somewhere when requested by command, just that there would not be a button to make it pop up (since the headerbar is hidden).

I originally reported this here but it was never addressed so I’m moving it to this fork, as this seems to be where continuing development is happening.
