My interest is mainly for Windows which I assume should be easy to add.

I tinkered with the appveyor.yml and got binary built for Windows with MSYS2 environment: https://github.com/wontoncc/neovim-gtk/blob/master/appveyor.yml

If @daa84 is interested, I am going to open up a PR.
