Feature request: Make file sidebar keyboard accessible #79

I would love to be able to interact with the file sidebar without using the mouse in a similar way to NERDTree.

Functionality that would be most desired in order of preference:

User command to toggle the side bar
Ability to focus the side bar with the keyboard
Ability to navigate the tree with the keyboard (j/k for up/down, etc)
Ability to add new files to the tree
Ability to add move files in the tree
Ability to delete files in the tree
Ability to search the tree
