Shop item filters #10

The ability to filter shop items based on:

  1. Combat style (Melee/Ranged/Magic)
  2. Show Unowned (True/False)

I added the UI to the master branch, but the functionality has yet to be added.

The CSS could be perfected, but this was the way I currently had it.
