Prayer #2

Add a prayer section where the combat prayers are displayed.

The current idea is to always have prayers on, as long as the required level is met. Prayer points won't exist. Only prayers that improve combat should be added, as I currently see no use for utility ones.

Keep item on death would certainly be useful, if dying is possible. I would hope it is, seeing as defense enhancing items are included. Also, if potions or other temporary boosts are included, then Preserve would have its use.

I definitely will implement health and defence later, adding the necessary prayers will be easy then. But currently I think other features are more important.
