LibOVR does not build using Mingw-w64 #11

We should switch to the MSVC build system on Windows systems, because that's what LibOVR targets. There are some builds of LibOVR out there using mingw, but those don't seem to be very up to date nor maintained.

Build on windows now uses MSVC.
