Mobile Unfriendliness #1

The website is not optimized to be mobile-friendly. Additionally, a smooth scroll animation needs to be added for the taskbar buttons to scroll down to the linked sections smoothly instead of instantly snapping in place.

The two raised points were addressed, being focused on individually (divide and conquer). Both issues are now fixed.
