Add place meta-data card #189

Fields alternative names and zoom level.

@mushon we are not going to write bio's of places (in long future there will be many links to gazeteers) or images so current design looks unbalanced. Perhaps put fields of zoom level and and alt names in the middle part and place holder in right ?
