calculating bounding range of timeline stops functioning #246

here is the scenario: view timeline - full range of map open location sheinkin 45 from cards view, and open single event (Rieshtablishment of Omanut) close filter Sheinkin 45, view range of map, is still the shenikin range. Any project you now open the range is stuck to than of Sheinkin.
