I originally had this under #87 but i think it should be kept separate. I would like to:

reorder functions in ggMarginalHelpers.R so they appear in the order in which they are called
split ggMarginalHelpers.R out into two files - ggMarginal-helpers-genFinalMargPlot.R (functions that create the marginal plots) and ggMarginal-helpers-misc (all other helper funs...e.g., addTopMargPlot()).
