tell github not to count svg code lines (closes #85) #86

I had no idea this was even possible!

gr, looks like it's not (at least with linguist). I assumed code line counts would be affected based on this (https://github.com/github/linguist#generated-code) but I guess linguist just relates to language stats. My b.

Haha no worries, these kind of stats really don't matter much to me. Someone can go and remove whitespace in all files if they want to show off large contributions :)
